Communications Team Report
The period in review 77 MQL was received in December. Google search was the highest inquiry channel. Tikon Basic was the most enquired solution in the month.

Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 532 inquiries From the inquiries received:received, 5a 96% leadsdecrease were not respondingcompared to calls/email,last 14week: 1 leadslead werewas not financially readypassed to purchase,the 21brokers' leadsteam, wereand not1 interestedlead in purchasing a product, 9 leads were not reachable, 4 leads werewas passed to the sales team. Of the inquiries received, 1(50%)  was received via Instagram Posts, and 1(50%) was received via Email Blast, respectively.

Sales Team Activity Report
Shows the engagement summary for lead conversion, follow-up, qualification, and introduction for the week in review.

Telesales Team Report
16 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 15 leads were converted, and 1 client mentioned not financially ready to renew.

Brokers Team Report
For the week in review the sales amount to 812,076.24,000.00 The report captures an engagement summary for lead and leads follow-up and a Partnership Summary for the week in review. 

Sales Analysis report
The sales report shows Kenechukwu: 934,874.42 and SME: 212,871.81. The report also shows the team's Weekly engagement.
