Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 615 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 72%75% decreaseincrease compared to the previous week.: 13 productproducts waswere sold. Of the received inquiries, 4(56%12(80%) were received via Google search,Instagram,1(17%6.6%) was received via Facebookgoogle postsearch and 1(17%6.6%) was received via emailword blast,of 3(23%mouth, 1(6.6%) were received via Facebookgoogle posts, 2(15%) via existing customer.advert.

Telesales Team Report
9 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review,2 leads were converted, 2 clients were no longer interested, and 5 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet,29 clients were contacted, (11) 39% were not interested in purchasing, (2)6% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, (7) 24% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, (9) 31% of the clients were not reachable.
