Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 126 inquiries were received, which is a 334% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 28 clients were not financially ready to purchase, 32 clients were not responding to calls and emails, 17 clients were not reachable, 11 clients requested to be called back, 38 clients were not interested in purchasing. The inquiries were received via Facebook Post 102 (80%), Google Search 12 (10%), Instagram Post 6 (4%), Referral 2 (2%), Twitter 2 (2%), LinkedIn 2 (2%)
Telesales Team Report
8 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 5 leads were converted, 2 clients was no longer interested, and 1 client mentioned not being financially ready to renew.
From the inquiry sheet, 7 clients were contacted (1)14% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, (5)72% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, (1)14% of the clients purchased
