Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 42 inquiries were received, which is a 63%33% decrease as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 2 clients were passed to the sales team, 1 client was passed to telesales.team. The inquiries were received via Google.Google Noisearch 1 (50%) and Email Blast 1 (50%). No complaint was received
Telesales Team Report9 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 4 leads were converted, 5 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew and 3 clients were not reachable. From the inquiry sheet, 15 clients were contacted (3)20% clients purchased 3 units of Tikon Basic 3(20%) were not responding to calls, 2(14%) were not reachable, (6)40% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, (1)6% of the clients were interested in purchasing
