Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 11 inquiries were received, which is an 82% increase as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 2 clients mentioned not being financially ready, 2 clients were not responding to emails/calls, 5 clients were not interested in purchasing. The inquiries were received via Email blast 4(36.4%), Google search 3 (27.3%), Facebook posts 2(18.1%), and existing clients 2 (18.1%). The complaint  received were resolved

Telesales Team Report
20 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 12 leads were converted, 6 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew and 1 client was unreachable. From the inquiry sheet, 18 clients were contacted 1(6%) client purchased 1 unit of Tikon Basic  2(11%) were not responding to calls, 4(22%) were not reachable, 9(50%) of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 2(6%) of the clients were interested in purchasing
