Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 3 inquiries were received, which is a 67% increase as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 1 lead was not financially ready to purchase, 1 lead was not interested in purchasing, 1 lead was not reachable. The inquiries were received via  Linkedin 1 (33%), Email Campaign 1(33%) and Existing clients 3(100%). The complaints  received were resolved

Telesales Team Report
6 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 5 lead were converted, 1 client mentioned not being financially ready to renew, 1 client was not reachable, 1. From the inquiry sheet, 4 clients were contacted (70%) of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 3(30%) of the clients were not responding to calls and mails
