Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 2 inquiries were received, which is a 100% increase as compared to the previous week.: 2 products were sold. The clients received were via Existing Clients 2(100%)The complaints  received were resolved

Telesales Team Report
4 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 4 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 3 clients were contacted 3(67%) of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 1(33%) of the clients purchased.
