ACTIVITY REPORT (3rd – 7th April, 2023)

Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 13 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 50% decrease compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold, and 1 lead was passed to the sales team. Of the received inquiries, 7(54%) were received via Google search, and 1(8%) was received via email blast, 3(23%) were received via facebook posts, 2(15%) via existing customer.

Telesales Team Report
6 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 2 leads were converted, and 2 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 13% were not interested in purchasing, (5) 11% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, and (14) 31% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (19) 42% of the clients were not reachable, (1) 3% was passed to sales

Sales Team Activity Report
