ACTIVITY REPORT (29th May – 2nd June, 2023)

Communications Team Report
MQL reduced by 10.6% when compared to the previous month as no paid ads were run in the month. SQL increased by 25%, and engagement decreased by 22.7% due to a change in ad policy and an increase in CPC. Facebook and Instagram top the referral channel for the month at 57.1%. Tikon Basic was the most enquired solution.
The report also captures the activity for the month and also the ongoing and completed projects

Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 3 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is an 81% decrease compared to the previous week.: 3 product was sold. All inquiries received were via existing customers. Complaints received are undergoing resolution.

Telesales Team Report
10 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 4 leads were converted, 1 client was no longer interested, and 4 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 19 clients were contacted (1)6% were not interested in purchasing, (5)26% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, and (5)26% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (8) 42% of the clients were not reachable.
