Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 32 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 24% increase compared to the previous week, 2 clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 4 were not responding to calls and emails, 9 were not interested in purchasing 1 client requested to be called back, 16 clients were not reachable.
The received inquiries were via Google Adverts 16(50%), Facebook posts 6(17%), Email Campaign 5(17%), Word of mouth referral 3(9%) and Instagram post 2(7%). 2 complaints were received, 1 had been resolved, and the other is undergoing resolution

Sales Team Activity Report
Shows the engagement summary for lead conversion, follow-up, qualification, and introduction for the week in review. 

Sales Analysis report
The report shows total sales as Olayinka - 627.91K (48.09%), Kenechukwu - 521.54K (39.94%), Ifeoluwa 111.63k (8.55%) and Brokers 44.65K (3.42%)
