Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 22 inquiries were received, which is a 31% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold, 2 clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 3 leads were passed to the sales team, 4 clients were not reachable, 9 clients were not responding to calls.
The inquiries were received via Google search 10(45%), Facebook posts 4(18%), word of mouth referral 4(18%), Email Campaign 3(14%) and Existing Customer 1(5%)
