Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 20 inquiries were received, which is an 80% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 4 clients were not financially ready to purchase, 5 clients were not responding to calls or emails, 6 clients were not reachable, 5 clients were not interested in purchasing.
The inquiries were received via Google Search 6(30%), Instagram post 5 (25%), Email Campaign 5(25%), Facebook 3 (15%) and Referral 1 (5%).
