Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 1 inquiriy was received, which is the same as the previous week.: 1 product was sold. 1. The inquiries were received via Existing Clients. There was no complaint received.

Telesales Team Report
11 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 8 leads were converted, 1 client sold his vehicle, 2 clinents mentioned not being financially ready to renew, 2 clients were not reachable and 2 clients were not responding to calls. From the inquiry sheet, 5 clients were contacted (2)40% clients purchased 4 units of Tikon Basic tracking solution (1)20% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (2)40% of the clients were not reachable.
