Communications Team Report
The report captures activities carried out for the period in review,

Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 31 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 67%33% decrease compared to the previous week.: 13 product was sold. All inquiries received were via existing customers,customers. google ads and facebook posts.No complaint was received

Telesales Team Report
10 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 4 leads were converted, 1 client was no longer interested, and 4 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 19 clients were contacted (1)6% were not interested in purchasing, (5)26% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, and (5)26% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (8) 42% of the clients were not reachable.
