Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 1 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 33% decrease compared to the previous week.: 3 product was sold. All inquiries received were via existing customers. No complaint was received

Telesales Team Report
10 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 4 leads were converted, 1 client was no longer interested, and 4 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 19 clients were contacted (1)6% were not interested in purchasing, (5)26% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, and (5)26% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (8) 42% of the clients were not reachable.
