Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 1 inquiry was received, which is a 90% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold. The inquiries were received via  Existing Client (100%). The complaints  received were resolved

Telesales Team Report
11 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 2 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew, 1 client was not reachable, 9 renewals were received. From the inquiry sheet, 17 clients were contacted 4(24%) of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 6(34%) of the clients were not responding to calls and mails,  (4)24% were not reachable. 3(18%) were not interested in purchasing.
