ACTIVITY REPORT (29th January - 2nd February, 2024)

Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 4 inquiries was received, which is a 50% increase as compared to the  previous week.: 1 product was sold. 1 client was passed to the sales team, 2 clients were not financially ready to purchase. The inquiries were received via Existing Clients. Complaints received were sorted

Telesales Team Report
9 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 2 leads were converted, 2 clients sold their vehicle, 2 clients were no longer interested in renewing,3 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew and 3 clients were not reachable. From the inquiry sheet, 11 clients were contacted (3)27% clients purchased 3 units of Tikon Basic and 1 unit of Tikon Match & Tikon Hybrid, 4(37%) were not interested in purchasing, (2)18% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (2)18% of the clients were not reachable.
