For the period in review, 4 inquiries were received, which is a 20% increase as compared to the previous week.: 1 products were sold. 1 lead was not financially ready yo purchase, 1 lead was not interested in purchasing, 1 lead was not reachable. The inquiries were received via Instagram posts 3 (75%) and Existing clients 3(100%). The complaints received were resolved
Telesales Team Report
8 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 1 lead was converted, 3 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew, 3 clients mentioned her vehicle is no longer in use, 1 client mentioned that the price was too high and 1 client was unreachable. From the inquiry sheet, 10 clients were contacted 5(50%) of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 2(20%) of the clients were not responding to calls and mails, 3(30%0 were not interested in purchasing.
