Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 1 inquiry was received, which is a 100% increase as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 1 lead was not financially ready to purchase. The inquiries were received via  Google search 1 (100%). The complaints  received were resolved

Telesales Team Report
11 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 4 client mentioned not being financially ready to renew, 1 client was not reachable, 3 clients were not responding to calls, emails, messages and text. From the inquiry sheet, 4 clients were contacted 2(50%) of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 2(50%) of the clients were not responding to calls and mails
