Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 4 inquiries were received, which is a 100% increase as compared to the previous week.: the leads were passed to the sales team. The inquiries were received via  Facebook posts 3(75%) and Google search 1 (25%). 6 complaints were received, 2 have been resolved, the other 4 are yet to be scheduled, awaiting clients location details
