Communications Team Report
The report shows the activity for the period under review.

Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 12 inquiries were received, which is a 17% increase as compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold. 6 clients were not responding to emails/calls, 2 clients were not interested in purchasing, 2 clients were not financially ready to purchase and 1 client was passed to sales team.. The inquiries were received via Email campaign 3(25%), Google search 4(33.3%), Facebook posts 3(25%), existing clients 1(8.3%) and twitter 1(8.3%). The complaint  received was resolved
