Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 4 inquiries were received, which is a 64% decrease as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 3 clients were not responding to emails/calls, and 1 client was not interested in purchasing. The inquiries were received via Email campaign 1(25%), Google search 1(25%), Facebook posts 2(50%). The complaint  received was resolved
