Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 10 inquiries were received, a 17%  decrease compared to the previous week. 1 product was sold. From the enquiry received, 3 leads were not financially ready to purchase, 3 leads were passed to sales, 2 leads were not responding to calls, 1 lead was not reachable. The inquiry was received via Facebook posts 6(60%), Google search 2 (20%), Instagram posts 1 (10%) and word of mouth 1(10%). All complaints received have been resolved.
