Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 22 inquiries were received, which is a 83% increase as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 13 clients were not responding to emails/calls, 8 clients were not interested in purchasing, 1 client was not financially ready to purchase. The inquiries were received via Email campaign 2(9.1%), Google search 5(22.7%) and Facebook posts 15(68.2%).
