Communications Team Report
The report shows the activity for the period under review.

Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 14 inquiries were received, which is a 71% increase as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 10 clients were not responding to emails/calls, 3 clients were not interested in purchasing and 1 client was not financially ready to purchase. The inquiries were received via Email campaign 1(7%), Google search 4(29%), Google Advert 1(7%), Facebook posts 2(50%). The complaint  received was resolved
