Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 2 inquiries were received, which is a 50% decrease as compared to the previous week.: no product was sold. 1 lead was not financially ready to renew, 2 leads, 1 lead was passed to the sales team. The inquiries were received via Google Search 2(100%)  The complaints  received has been resolved.
