For the period in review, 2 inquiries were received, which is a 100% increase as compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold, 1 lead was passed to sales team.  The enquiry was received via existing clients 1(50%) and word of mouth referral 1(50%) . The complaints  received were resolved
