Communications Team Report
for the period in review, MQL reduced by 21.5% when compared to the previous month, and SQL reduced by 75%. Marketing engagement decreased by 30% due to changing ad policy and an increase in cost-per-click bidding of market keywords. The report captures ongoing and completed projects
Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 4 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 79% decrease compared to the previous week.: 2 products were sold, and no lead was passed to the sales team. Of the received inquiries, 2(50%) were received via google search, 2(50%) were received via Instagram post.
Telesales Team Report
9 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 3 leads were converted, and 1 client mentioned not financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 50 clients were contacted 42% were not interested in purchasing, 30% were not responding to calls and emails, 28% mentioned not being financially ready to purchase
