For the period in review, 68 inquiries were received, which is an 84% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold, 16 client was not financially ready to purchase, 13 clients were not responding to calls, 6 clients were not reachable, 8 client requested to be called back and 24 clients were not interested in purchasing. The inquiries were received via Existing Client (100%). The complaint was received and resolved
