ACTIVITY REPORT (4th  – 8th September, 2023)

Communications Team report
MQL's decreased by 78.6% when compared to the previous month while SQL's increased by 23.1%. online marketing reach decreased by 64.2%. Instagram tops our referral channel for the month of August at 50%. Tikon Basic was our most enquired solution capturing 66.7% of the total MQLs recorded.

Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 2 inquiries were received, which is a 71% decrease as compared to the previous week.: No product was sold, 1 client was not financially ready to purchase and 1 client was passed to sales. The inquiries were received via Google search 2(100%). 18 complaints received, 11 resolved
