ACTIVITY REPORT (28th August - 1st September, 2023)

Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 7 inquiries were received, which is an 86% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 5 products were sold, 2 clients were not interested in purchasing.
The inquiries were received via existing Customer 5(72%)., Facebook posts 4114%) and Email Campaign 1(14%)

Telesales Team Report
17 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 11 leads were converted, 1 client was no longer interested, and 5 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew.
From the inquiry sheet, 60 clients were contacted (25)42
% were not interested in purchasing, (16)27% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, (5)8% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, (10)17% of the clients were not reachable, (6)6% of the clients purchased
