Communications Team Report
The report captures the activity for the month and also the ongoing and completed projects

Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 4 inquiries From the inquiries received, which isthe same compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold. All inquiries received were via existing customers 1(25%), Facebook post 2 (50%) google search 1(25%). Complaints received are undergoing resolution.

Telesales Team Report
14 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review, 8 leads were converted, 4 client was no longer interested, and 2 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet, 36 clients were contacted (8)22% were not interested in purchasing, (13)36% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, and (5)14% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase. , (8) 22% of the clients were not reachable, (2)6% of the clients purchased
