Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 42 inquiries were received, which is the same as the previous week.: 6 products were sold, 4 clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 2 leads were passed to the sales team, 2 clients requested to be called back, 14 clients were not reachable, 6 clients were not responding to calls, 8 clients were not interested in purchasing The inquiries were received via Google advert 24(57%), Facebook posts 9(21%), word of mouth referral 3(7%), Email Campaign 3(7%), Existing Customer 2(5%) and Instagram post 1(3%)
