Client Experience Management Team Report
For the period in review, 29 inquiries were received, which is a 45% decrease as compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold, 2 client was not financially ready to purchase, 7 clients were not responding to calls and emails, 1 client was passed to sales, 6 clients were not reachable, 1 client requested to be called back and 11 clients were not interested in purchasing. The inquiries were received via Google Search 15(52%), Facebook post 5(17%), Email campaign 5(17%), Instagram post 2(7%) and referral 2(7%). 1 complaint was received and resolved
