Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 12 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 67% increase compared to the previous week, 5 clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 1 lead was passed to the sales team, 3 clients requested to be called back, 3 clients were not reachable. The received inquiries were via Facebook post 8(67%) and Google advert 4(33%). 2 complaints were received, 1 had been resolved, and the other is undergoing resolution

Sales Team Activity Report
Shows the engagement summary for lead conversion, follow-up, qualification, and introduction for the week in review. 

Sales Analysis report
The report shows total sales as Olayinka - 627.91K (48.09%), Kenechukwu - 521.54K (39.94%), Ifeoluwa 111.63k (8.55%) and Brokers 44.65K (3.42%)
