for the period in review, 7 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 71% decrease compared to the previous week, 6 products were sold, 3 clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, 1 was not responding to calls and emails. The received inquiries were via Instagram posts 3(37%) and Existing clients 5(63%. The complaint received was resolved
