Client Experience Management Team Report
for the period in review, 6 inquiries From the inquiries received, which is a 72% decrease compared to the previous week.: 1 product was sold. Of the received inquiries, 4(56%) were received via Google search,1(17%) was received via Facebook post and 1(17%) was received via email blast, 3(23%) were received via Facebook posts, 2(15%) via existing customer.

Telesales Team Report
9 clients were successfully contacted in the period under review,2 leads were converted, 2 clients were no longer interested, and 5 clients mentioned not being financially ready to renew. From the inquiry sheet,29 clients were contacted, (11) 39% were not interested in purchasing, (2)6% of the clients were not responding to calls and emails, (7) 24% of the clients mentioned not being financially ready to purchase, (9) 31% of the clients were not reachable.
